Home, But Not Forgotten

There's nothing quite like seeing the familiar faces of loved ones in the place we call home. But, it comes at the cost of a difficult good-bye. Words simply cannot express the sincere affection we, as a team, have for the folks we spent time with in Bolivia. The Swansons, Grants, Browns, Hedvalls, Powells, Carlos and Ingrid, Oscar, Dan and Judy, Jonathon and Kimberly...and many, many others. Their ministry to us, and with us, has shaped our character, challenged our perspectives, and confirmed our callings. They have etched their place in our hearts and we hope the memory of our time together will not soon be forgotten.

Thank you for your support and prayers for the team and people we worked alongside in Cochabamba and Santa Cruz. We've created a video that showcases just a tiny bit of what God allowed us to do during those 2 weeks, and how He is on the move even today!

The End is Near

We are approaching the end and it is feeling like it. We are missing home and the people we love. With that being said, we are also sad to see it come to an end. We have come to be very close friends and know a lot of that will be lost to us as we return to the pace of everyday life. However we are determined to remember the times we have shared, both the fun times and the challenging ones. We are grateful for each other. It is obvious that God chose each of us. We are learning from each other and becoming truly rich from doing life together. We are experiencing the ultimate lifegroup. We are hearing time and time again how much of an encouragement we are and what a great team we are. The best thing is that we all seem to agree. We have made it a goal to keep each other encouraged and we have done well. We are all seeing God work in our lives we are growing and being stretched in our Faith. Some of us are finding closure on works God had started in our lives long before we left and some of us are neck deep in lessons that we wish could be skipped, but as a whole we are trying to take God at his word, that he works all things together for the good of those who love him and called according to his purpose. Even when times are hard God is God and he is in control.
